PAYMENT METHODS
We only accept Visa and MasterCard as payment methods. We do not accept cash,
checks, money orders or CODs.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect a 9% sales tax from Illinois state residents, as our studio
is located in the state of Illinois. Shipments to addresses outside of Illinois are not charged a sales tax and we do not charge sales tax on shipping.
DELIVERY AREA
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us for adjusted shipping charges.
We are currently unable to ship to international destinations (including Canada)
at this time, but check back soon!
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order date,
excluding weekends & holidays. Most orders ship sooner. Delays in processing and delivery schedules will be communicated within 24 hours. Please contact us in the
event a rush order is neccessary and we will do our best to expedite your order’s processing time.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Chicago, Illinois via FedEx. We can not
ship to P.O. boxes.
You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind shipping times below begin after your order leaves our studio.

Ground/Home Delivery times are based on FedEx distance regions from
Chicago, Illinois. All ground/home delivery packages are 1-4 business days
within the continental U.S.A.
RETURNS
We want you to be pleased with your TamTam products, however, if you are not
satisfied we will accept refunds on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery date. All opened or used items cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance on the return package unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should
appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days. Contact us for further information if a return is required at: contact@tamtamdesign.com.
All personalized items are made specifically for you and, as such, are Final Sale
upon proof approval.
MAILING LIST
To be placed on our mailing list simply enter your email address in the mailing
list box located in the top right corner of the home page. Additionally, placing
an order will automatically add you to the mailing list. Please contact us if you
do not wish to be added.

We do not distribute any personal information to third parties under any
circumstances. The information we collect is used solely to This Information collected
for our mailing list is used solely by TamTam Design Studio and will not be shared with outside parties. This information may be used for announcing news and product

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
For wholesale inquiries, please click here and submit your stores most current information. Inquiries will be sent an order form via email and faxed wholesale orders will be confirmed back via email within 48 hours of receipt.
